The Department of Homeland Security has again renewed the designation of Priority 5’s TACCS™ software as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology under the SAFETY Act. The SAFETY Act designation can be found here, and is now effective through 2026. Certain TACCS™ users may qualify for benefits of the SAFETY Act designation. Those benefits are summarized here.
